Signal Patterns

We all constantly send out identity signals or cues to our environment: what music we like, which books we like to read, how we respond to certain prompts, how we communicate, what career path we embark on. The first step towards improving one’s overall mental well-being is to collect all these cues and deduct the patterns that they form: Discovering the Real You.

The Digital You®

Our patent-pending research has shown that one's personality, social influence, vocational interests and even music preferences - are not disparate things. They are all inter-correlated and form The Digital You® – a 360° comprehensive model that "understands" what you are about: your behavioral, cognitive and emotional inclinations.

Your Relationships

Once you gain a good and thorough understanding of yourself, you can also isolate the psychological commonalities and differences between you and the people around you. Sometimes the signals you send out to the world are received differently by people who are not like you.

Armed with this knowledge about yourself and your relationships helps you nurture your relationships by focusing on the views you share with others, and managing potential conflicts by understanding exactly where you differ.

Taking Action

A person who understands her strengths and her social environment has a solid foundation for taking effective and powerful actions to improve her well-being:

  • setting goals and pursuing them,
  • learning how to focus on the present and savoring life’s joys,
  • cultivating optimism and
  • expressing gratitude for life’s good fortunes.

Engaging in these activities results in a new mindset and a new way of life where your emotional, cognitive and behavioral strengths are well-expressed and leveraged.

The Big Five

What are the best ways to describe an individual's personality? One might list all of the things that individuals do all day every day of their lives, but that would take too long and be far too detailed to be of much use. Alternatively, one might use more abstract attributes as a way of summarizing the major ways that individuals differ from each other.
